Wheat hARvesT: an unexpected urban experience uniting agriculture and culture in which artist David Krimmel grew wheat along San Diego's North Park business corridor. In 2010, community members hand-processed the resulting grain during the "Bringing in the Sheaves" event. By introducing wheat to the street, participants of this installation spread awareness of what growing local can entail.
